We have an exciting opportunity to for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team and business. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, your primary role will be to assist with the daily engagement and marketing activities, feeding into and supporting the implementation of the engagement strategy.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our services, increase sales and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Engagement to plan, develop and implement effective marketing and communication campaigns.
Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation and conversion.
Implement digital marketing strategies aligned to strategic goals to include paid media advertising, social media management, email marketing, website management and SEO.
Management of the company’s CRM, website and social media platforms.
Analyse and optimise customer journey and engagement strategies.
Create and execute engaging content for company website and social media channels.
Collaborate with the wider team to produce high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Monitor and analyse key data and performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, competitor analysis and, ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Day to day line management of Marketing Executive and Graphics Designer.
Support wider engagement activities including exhibitions, events and trade shows.

We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Penetration Testing, your role will be performing manual penetration testing using a range of techniques and tools.
The ideal candidate will have high level of technical skills and be proficient in finding vulnerabilities across a range of systems. The preparation & presentation of reports or technical information to a high standard is a key function, as is an ability to deliver the information to a non-technical audience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform formal and comprehensive application and infrastructure penetration testing engagements.
Provide well-written and concise technical & non-technical reports to the highest standards of written English.
Assist with the delivery of technical accreditations such as Cyber Essentials Plus.
Maintain Company systems to enable an accurate picture of the status of all projects.
Perform vulnerability assessments and provide findings with remediation actions.
Liaise effectively with the Team Lead’s and the wider penetration testing team to ensure the best execution and delivery of projects.
Help complete quality assessment checks against the rest of the penetration testing engagements.
Liaise with and assist the Cyber Operations team to ensure effective delivery of Cyber Essentials projects.
Travel to client sites to conduct onsite testing as required

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead sales to drive performance excellence, client retention and satisfaction.
Develop channel partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, market research and relationship-building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and channel partners.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and consistency of service.
Develop sales forecasts and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor sales pipeline and analyse sales performance against key performance metrics.
Generate reports to communicate sales metrics, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership team and relevant stakeholders.
Continuously refining and optimising sales processes to improve effectiveness, including the use of CRM systems.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
